Users must be 16 years of age or older to use the machine without adult supervision. Users under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for ensuring the machine is operated safely.

• The training machine should only be used for badminton training as per the instructions provided. Misuse of the machine for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Users must follow all posted instructions and guidelines regarding machine operation and safety procedures.

Power Strike Pro machines are not available for use in organized club training sessions. However, individual club players are welcome to train themselves using the machine.

• Do not attempt to adjust or repair the machine. If the machine requires maintenance or repair, please contact facility staff immediately.
• Ensure that the training area around the machine is clear of obstacles and other hazards to prevent accidents.

• Users are responsible for setting up the machine correctly using the instructions provided. This includes ensuring that the machine is positioned at a safe distance from the user and other individuals.
• It is recommended that users perform a quick inspection of the machine before each use to ensure it is in good working condition.

• After use, the the court must be cleaned and machine should be returned to its designated storage area.
• Any accessories used during the session, such as remote controls or shuttlecocks, must be returned to the appropriate location as directed by the facility.

• Users will be held responsible for any damage to the machine due to negligence or failure to follow usage instructions. Any costs associated with repairs or replacement may be charged to the user.
• The facility is not liable for injuries sustained as a result of improper use of the machine or non-compliance with safety instructions.

Users must adhere to the booking and cancellation policies outlined on our website. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as specified in the cancellation policy. Read our training guide for more detail.

These terms of use may be amended or updated periodically to ensure the ongoing safety and proper operation of the machine. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s ability to access the machine.
